

Movement for Life
Movement for life is the philosophy by which I approach fitness and training. Movement for life means that I consider the movement patterns and activities my clients do on a daily basis and I create training programs that promote longevity both for life and for the activities and hobbies my clients enjoy. I know that one of the keys to living a long, healthy, and independent life is by staying active and strong, and I want to share that message and help my clients build those habits which is why I train with the Movement for Life philosophy.
Services
I provide 1 on 1 personal training with workouts that are custom designed with you and your fitness goals in mind. Services that I offer include In-Home Training and Online Training.

In-Home Training
$55
For In-Home Training I will travel to your home or a location of your choice and work with you 1 on 1. I will create a workout plan based on your goals and guide you through the workout by offering cues, modifications, and supervise your form. I will bring any equipment that is needed for each workout. This is a great option for those who prefer to work face to face with their personal trainer. You must be in Bellingham, WA to utilize this service. Each session will last for 60 minutes.

Online Training
$55
For Online Training we will connect over Google Meet and conduct 1 on 1 training remotely. It is recommended that individuals who choose this option have a basic set of exercise equipment (yoga mat, hand weights, resistance bands).I will create a workout plan based on your goals and guide you through the workout by offering cues, modifications, and supervise your form over video. This is a great option for individuals who do not live in Bellingham, WA, or who frequently travel and need training while on the go. Each session will last for 60 minutes.
